RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of fresh floral products, Nostalgie Flowers does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Fresh flowers naturally vary in color, shape, size, and appearance. Minor natural variations, seasonal substitutions, packaging differences, or vase/container differences do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  1. Eligible Refunds or Resolutions

We will only review refund, replacement, store credit, or resolution requests if the delivered order is materially incorrect or has a serious issue, such as:

The wrong arrangement was delivered
The wrong size was delivered
The order arrived damaged due to our handling or delivery
A major item from the order was missing

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the product. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

All resolutions are reviewed at the discretion of Nostalgie Flowers. When applicable, we may offer a replacement, store credit, delivery rescheduling, or another appropriate solution.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for reasons related to personal preference, including:

Disliking the arrangement
Changing your mind after the order is prepared
Minor flower substitutions due to seasonal availability
Natural color, size, or shape variations
Packaging or vase/container differences
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Recipient not available at the delivery address

Because flowers are prepared specifically for each order and are perishable, purchases are final once the order has been prepared or delivered.

  1. Order Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by phone during business hours and are not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Nostalgie Flowers.

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only if the order has not already been prepared, purchased for, dispatched, or delivered.

Approved cancellations are subject to a $30 service charge.

Same-day orders, custom orders, event orders, and orders that have already been prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.

  1. Post-Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the correct address or picked up from our store, Nostalgie Flowers is not responsible for damage caused by temperature exposure, mishandling, improper storage, delayed pickup, or placement after delivery.

For pickup orders, please inspect your order before leaving the store. We are not responsible for the condition of the flowers once the order leaves our store.

  1. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, recipient information, delivery date, and contact details.

If an incorrect address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required, a $30 re-delivery fee may apply.

  1. Substitutions

To ensure the freshest and most beautiful arrangements, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall design, color palette, and premium aesthetic of the arrangement.
