Refund policy
1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of floral products, Nostalgie Flowers does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Flowers naturally change in appearance over time, and we cannot guarantee condition after delivery.
Eligible Refunds/Resolutions
We will only review refunds or replacements if the delivered order is materially incorrect, such as:
The wrong arrangement was delivered, or
The wrong size was delivered
Not Eligible (Normal Variations)
Minor variations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds, including:
Flower substitutions due to seasonal availability
Packaging differences
Vase/container differences
Natural color/shape variations in flowers
Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for reasons related to personal preference, including disliking the arrangement or changing your mind after delivery. Because flowers are prepared specifically for your order and are perishable, purchases are final once materials are secured.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Once flowers and supplies are purchased and your order is prepared, refunds cannot be issued.
Alternative Options (When Applicable)
At our discretion, we may offer:
Delivery rescheduling, or
Store credit for a future purchase
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
How to Request
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested by phone during business hours with a Nostalgie Flowers manager. A request is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to a $30 service charge.
After the first 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.
4. POST-DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Delivered Orders
Once an order is delivered, Nostalgie Flowers is not responsible for its condition (including temperature exposure, handling, or placement).
Pick-Up Orders
For in-store pickup, please inspect your order before leaving. We are not liable for condition once the order leaves our store.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and delivery date. If an incorrect address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required, a $30 re-delivery fee applies.
5. SUBSTITUTIONS
To ensure the freshest and most beautiful arrangements, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall design, color palette, and premium aesthetic.
